Gender Fair is the first consumer rating system for Gender Equality: we rate public consumer-facing companies and organizations on gender equality and diversity. We publish our data journalism via an app and browser extension. Companies that meet the standard can be certified Gender Fair. We have worked with Procter & Gamble, Mastercard, Eli Lilly, Save The Children, Microsoft, Mars and more to inform the public about their social responsibility. A new automated assessment was just released and can produce an organization's Gender Fair score as well as actions and resources to improve. It's an easy first step in the important DEI Journey.
A former magazine journalist and author and feminist since childhood, I developed Gender Fair to drive social change. We are inspired by the Human Rights Campaign's amazing achievement with their Index. Every dollar we have is a vote for the kind of world we want. We want one that is more fair.
