Randel has been training in multiple martial arts for over 23 years.
He has taught over 50 Wing Chun seminars in 12 different schools all over Colorado.
He is an advocate of Kettlebell, Indian Clubs and Mace to supplement all lifestyles and training.
Outside of martial arts he is a Anime Comic Book Sci Fi geek and a lover of food books and mountains.
He is also the head Coach at Red Forest Chinese Boxing and the Co-host of the Kung Fu Conversations
Podcast.
