It's so ironic that humans resist vulnerability and being honest about our doubts and insecurities when in reality, it is actually through the admission and acceptance of these that we create a bridge to deeper, meaningful connection.

For most of Bryce's life, he was selectively mute. He shares that he would experience days in a row without every speaking due to a paralyzing fear of being seen and judged. Hearing his story truly stunned us because as many of you will likely know, Bryce is well-known for using his voice to create relationship and self healing content to a whopping 800,000 followers.

Bryce Spencer-Jones is now a speaker, content creator, and podcaster who turned his social anxiety into an audience dedicated to bettering their own lives through healing. Through vulnerability, honesty, and self-reflection, Bryce uses his voice to share the lessons he's learned throughout his own life so far and inspire others to live a life where they can lead with self-confidence and by grounding deeper into themselves.

His story serves to show people that who you believe yourself to be now does not have to be the version of yourself that you embody forever. We all have parts of ourselves that are longing to be expressed and when we challenge ourselves to meet those parts, we develop more confidence. To Bryce, confidence isn't about being good at things or becoming the 'best' version of himself but instead it is simply giving himself full permission to like and accept himself.
