Well, on a molecular level, water actually makes up 99.99% of what we are!
So, with that in mind, we can deduce that, logically, the water we take in is the single most important aspect of our health.
And yet tap water is filled with toxins, reverse osmosis depletes our minerals, and most of the fancy waters available for purchase at the store have been sitting in plastic and their origins are completely foreign to our bodies.
