- Be sure to have your trade license.
- Create your business plan.
- Create your marketing strategy.
- Budget your working capital for 3 months.
- Talk with your insurance agent to determine the proper coverages.
- Google search your name to ensure your domain is available.
- Talk with your lawyer and CPA to decide what type of corporation you are going to file.
- Apply for your Secretary of State for your legal business name.
- File for your Federal Tax ID.
- Apply for your local business license.
Now it is time to go get rich as a small business owner!!
