Joshua Hatter has been an active investor since 1999 at the age of 18. Over the years he has learned to execute the principles of what he calls “information arbitrage”, where asymmetric risk/reward is a key factor in each investing decision regardless of the asset class.

Joshua took a $30,000 401k loan in late 2012 when he worked in corporate America for his first real bet on my information arbitrage concept in urban real estate downtown in his hometown of Charleston, SC. In the 10 years since that $30,000 is worth over $5M which Joshua has made largely between short-term rentals (STRs) and Bed & Breakfast (B&B) properties.
