She suffered from eating disorders for 33 years and the carnivore diet has been a lifesaver.  She is in perimenopause and has no symptoms since going on the carnivore diet two years ago. She says many of her friends think she's nuts.  her husband has followed her lead a little, her oldest son has been on the carnivore diet for 3 weeks and loves it, and her youngest son is on a mostly meat diet and has gotten off all meds.
