If shouting, “Kill the Boer (white Afrikaners), kill the farmer!” (while making gun sounds and hand-gun motions) is not hate speech, what is? If “explicit words meant to incite violence” still has anything to do with hate speech, surely Malema should’ve been behind bars long ago.
