Don't Wait For The New Year!

Did you know that 2023 is the international Millet recognition year? But India has been championing millets and consuming them since time immemorial. And one shouldn't have to wait for 2023 to make the switch to these healthier options. Eating millet is ancestral wisdom and they do come in non-fancy packaging at a local store.
In a similar light, the right time to start everything healthy is either a Monday or the New Year. NO! The right time is now. We always let go at the end of the year and wait for the new year or a fresh new week. Then life happens and we often miss out and procrastinate.
