William Branum is a former US Navy SEAL with 26 years of service. He is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Naked Warrior Recovery, a business focusing on premium products to support physical and mental recovery through CBD. The company focuses on the recovery of veterans, first responders, and athletes. He also is the author of 5 Seal Secrets, a short PDF focusing on success through thinking like a Navy SEAL.

We get to learn a lot about William in this conversation. He is excited about having great coaches to achieve excellence, and he knows the importance of working out and sound sleep. He shares his story of how he became a SEAL. It all started with being in the Boy Scouts, a love of elite military team movies, and a comment from a fellow Eagle Scout. He also shares how even though his goal was being a SEAL, it took a chance meeting while in the Navy to get into SEAL training.

He shares the challenges and struggles that most career military people face when transitioning from the disciplined teamwork of the military to jobs, careers, businesses, and civilian life.
