This episode is a co-share I did with young Tiff. In the midst of our preamble, which was intended to lead into a completely different topic, we found ourselves doing a deep dive into all-things mind-management, body management and in general, human optimisation. From genetics, to improving with age (both cognitively and physically) we threw around some ideas, lessons learned, thoughts and strategies around the relationship we humans have (and can have) with our physical, mental and emotional health.
