Dr. Bill Schindler is an esteemed archaeologist, anthropologist, food scientist, and the author of 'Eat Like a Human'. Dr. Schindler is also a Professor of Anthropology and Archaeology at Washington College and is the is the founder and Director of the Eastern Shore Food Lab.
