#484: When the Life You Built Becomes Your Prison

In this episode I talk about what it really means to outgrow who you’ve been - that moment when the identity that once felt safe starts to feel like a cage. I share about my own transition, how easy it is to get trapped in who people think you are, and how terrifying it can be to let that version of you die. But that death is where freedom begins. This conversation is an invitation to look at the titles, labels, and stories that have kept you comfortable yet disconnected, and to remember that you already have the wisdom to guide yourself forward. I explore how to reclaim your energy from distraction, use your past as a map for your evolution, and walk yourself out of the prison of certainty and into the aliveness of possibility.
