00:42- About Lily Khin and her journey.
- I was born in India, where my Sri Lankan and Burmese parents serendipitously met, and my childhood years were stretched between these three countries.
- The two years I spent at Mahindra UWC of India for the high school felt like an intellectual and spiritual homecoming.
- Eventually, a scholarship and a head full of dreams took me to the US, where I got a degree in International Studies while navigating the complexities, thrills, and perils of growing up.
- After graduation, I found my way to Singapore for work, thinking it would be a brief pitstop on my way elsewhere. I never left.
- Today, I'm a writer, photographer, and designer of food experiences – pursuits that culminate my curiosity and belief in community.
