Busting Common Red Light Therapy Myths & Misconceptions via FAQs

As we're approaching the dog days of summer, it seemed like it would be nice to take a break from the deep science of photobiomodulation research and take some FAQs surrounding red light therapy. Chances are that if you have that question, thousands of other people have that same question. Also, as long as I've been deeply entrenched in the red light therapy space, it seems like the same misinformation is being propagated year after year after year. I felt like it would be nice to clear the air on some of these topics.

Some of the myths, misconceptions and FAQs covered in this episode are surrounding whether or not RLT is a gimmick/snake oils pitch and if it is thoroughly backed by scientific research, if someone should be using RLT for 20 - 30 minutes every single day in order to realize benefits, whether or not you should be combining infrared sauna and red light therapy and whether or not RLT is safe for eyes and if one should always be covering their eyes during RLT sessions.
