Goodwill is legitimate accounting term. Blue Sky and Air Ball are not.
To some people they mean the same thing, which is completely wrong. Learn the differences and what it means to a SMB buy-sell deal.
Most importantly, business buyers and banks should want a LOT of goodwill because it means the business' value is based on profits (not assets).
