Most of us know that sugar is not healthy for us.

It turns out, there’s a carbohydrate that is MORE dangerous than processed sugar.

This carbohydrate has been touted as being healthy, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Dr William Davis showed research that this carbohydrates, just two slices of it, spikes blood sugar levels as much as a 12 ounce can of soda or a Snickers bar!

The average person in the United States consumes about 134 pounds (61 kg) of this carbohydrate per year.

I personally make no exceptions with this carbohydrate! I will have feast meals and eat ice cream and sugar, but I have not had this carbohydrate in over 10 years!

What is the carb? Wheat!
