Let’s get one thing straight real quick...⁣

Everything is hard.⁣

⁣Losing weight.⁣

Working out.⁣

Being disciplined.⁣

Tracking your food.⁣

Getting stronger.⁣

Being consistent.⁣

Being patient.⁣

The list goes on.⁣

⁣All that stuff that gets you to a better place is gong to be hard.⁣

⁣But you can’t forget how hard this stuff is too...⁣

⁣Being fat.⁣

Being weak.⁣

Dying early.⁣

Being tired.⁣

Being unhealthy.⁣

Not inspired.⁣

Being unhappy.⁣⁣

IMO that stuff is even harder.⁣

⁣So it’s a matter of choosing your hard because everything is hard.⁣
