After a successful career as a rower, Steve Rowbotham was dropped from Team GB just weeks before the 2004 Olympics, and he picked himself up. He knew he could win a medal, recommitted himself and worked his way back onto the team – winning bronze in 2008 in Beijing.
Now Rowbotham is a successful entrepreneur, a CCO and founder of Navigator. But it took time to come to him. Here is a story of an ex-Olympian who had lost and found himself on a journey from a sportsperson to an entrepreneur.
