Welcome to episode 114 of the Grow Your Law Firm podcast, hosted by Ken Hardison. In this episode Ken sits down with Dana Brooks and they talk about an empowered path to becoming successful.

Attorney Dana Brooks has a diverse background in the legal and mental health fields, as she works as both a paralegal, certified family law mediator, and mental health counselor, among other professions. The day she was sworn in to the State Bar in 2008, she was named a partner at the law firm of Fasig | Brooks. She is well-known throughout Florida for her knowledge and dedication, having appeared on radio and in print as well as being honored by many of the country’s most prestigious legal honors. She is a skilled advocate and a proud member of her local community, having put in thousands of hours as a volunteer as well as helping many through her social work. She has learned that when people hire a lawyer, it’s not a fight they want. They just want it to be over. They want to know that she is taking care of it. There is no such thing as a peaceful lawsuit, but she gives her clients the next best thing: the best and fastest resolution possible with the least amount of intrusion into their lives. Dana represents people of all ages and walks of life. Each client’s situation is unique, but every person who comes to me needs help and feels vulnerable.
