In 2015, he purchased his first real estate investment– a duplex he house hacked, and then went all in on real estate. In 5 years he went from a negative net worth, to a millionaire with 100+ rental units, and was able to transition off active duty to work for himself. He’s written two books now about building wealth while serving, and has a community of 60,000+ Military Millionaires.
