You may have tried to cram too many people into the same car, or, if you’re like the hosts of this show, you’ve tried to cram too many snacks into your mouth. And of course, there’s the classic “cramming for a test”; trying to force as much information into your brain as possible on the night before an exam. One type of cramming that you may not have thought about is cramming for Christmas. Making it your personal mission to eat all the food before the New Year comes and you “have to be good again”. This week, Catherine and Donald talk you through some ways to keep what you love in your Christmas week and minimize the damage on the scale afterwards.
