In this week’s episode, rather than hearing me interview someone, I am actually getting interviewed. I was interviewed by my friend Shannon Tomascak, another amazing coach in the space. 

Shannon and I met originally in a business mastermind and have kept in touch for over 2 years now. That’s the beauty of masterminds by the way - you meet lifelong sisters who get it, yah know?

On her podcast, Windows to the Soul, Shannon asks deep questions where I’m able to share what I’ve overcome, my own body image struggles, feeling like I wasn’t worthy because I didn’t fit into the world to later on, really finding things that clicked for me like personal development and self-love, starting a side-hustle, going full time into coaching & finding the confidence, & strength to push through the fears to get to where I’m at today.
