Brian and his wife, Kate, went through challenges at the beginning of their journey in real estate. They sold their house and were supposed to get 40, but after paying everyone – the realtor, closing cost, tax orations – they got left with four. Brian realized there had to be a better way to do it and that's what led them to buy homes creatively and launch BKW Property Solutions.
