He has a minority General Partnership interest and key principal in a 256-unit multifamily community in Dallas, TX, as well as a key principal on an FNMA nonrecourse loan on a 154-unit apartment community. Darin is also a limited partner in 14 properties with 3,944 multifamily units and a personal mentoring student of Brad Sumrok.
