A trailblazer in ministry, Kate was the first accredited black female minister in Great Britain and served as the President of the Baptist Union in the UK from 2006-2007. Kate shares her story of navigating denominational differences and how God grew her into a woman of bold faith and brave leadership.

Kate did not want to be a source of division, and her pastor spoke words that can encourage all of us today: “I think God has already spoken to you, and you don’t have the luxury of saying ‘no’ to God.”   

Preparation in Leadership 

Kate and Christine share a passion for continued growth, as both women have pursued continued education. Kate carries a doctoral degree and Christine obtained a masters. Their conversation will challenge you to continue going and growing in your leadership!
