In this episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin Doctor is joined by skipping world champion - Chetan Tambe. They talk about about Chetan's journey of starting skipping and making his way around being the world champion.

Chetan shares that when you start, it's important to find the little things you win at before moving ahead and working on the hard ones. For Chetan, his win was Karate. He says that learning Karate formed a foundation for him to strengthen his skipping as it taught him discipline, focus and being calm.
