(35:30) Chris reviews what happened with the Rice Diet. (39:00) The reason it “worked” was an extreme caloric deficit. People in the study immediately regained weight upon leaving the study. Protein and heavy lifting are how you build a stronger, healthier body. (48:00) You do need some fat for your body to function properly.
