During this episode Kevin shares his journey from being a heavy binge drinker to a sober influencer on Instagram. He talks about what it was like changing his identify from being a guy who's life centred around alcohol, the challenges he had were along the way and now sharing his journey as a way to initial keep himself accountable and now inspire others.

He talks openly about how asking for help felt tough but was the best thing he's ever done. Through journaling and getting to know how his thoughts and emotions worked he was able to take control of his drinking and hasn't looked back.
