11. Prime Train - How to deal with the haters / The true Tom Baulch
I am very excited for you guys to listen to this one. On today's episode we have Tom Baulch, AKA Prime Train joining us.
Now if you are from Melbourne and are on social media, then I am sure you have seen Tom at least once on your screens.
Tom has built one of the biggest cult followings I know with Prime Train. He is all about helping athletes take their training to the next level to help them optimise at their peak performance.
He has helped countless of people achieve their fitness goals and has got them living a life that they could once only dream of.
He has worked with the elitist of athletes including, Brownlow medal winners Patrick Cripps and Tom Mitchell, and he has helped bring so much revenue and joy to rural towns through his footy tour in 2024.
Tom is a ripper of a bloke, such a genuine guy and I am so excited to see what else he achieves this year.
In this episode we discuss:
π Why Prime believes he has haters
π What drives him to keep growing his business
π Navigating friendships
π How to build your dream life
π What the recipe was to his meteoric rise on social media and in his business
π Dealing with hecklers on and off the footy field
π The benefit of having haters
π The biggest lessons he has learnt as well as the legacy that he wants to leave behind.
There are countless other avenues we go down in this conversation with there being one exercise Tom shares that you can implement to live a happier life.
