Woman of Influence How to Refine Your Messaging, Own Your Authority, and Stop Playing Small in Your Business
In this special turned-tables episode, my incredible Director of Operations, Erin Lindstrom, drops into my living room and interviews me on everything from how my lens for messaging was formed, to the frameworks I walk clients through inside the Revenue Accelerator, to the personal side of my life that I rarely talk about publicly. Erin asks me questions I've genuinely never been asked before and I share openly about my Human Design, my journalism background, why I believe none of us are reinventing the wheel, and the "fifth-grade language" test I run every framework through before I teach it.
We go into the depths of Mirror Messaging vs. pain point marketing, why the real work of the Revenue Accelerator is a reclamation of who you are at your core, and why women often get stuck when they refuse to slow down enough to feel what their next-level really requires. I share what I've learned about being at the "higher level" (spoiler: the problems don't disappear, they magnify), the Contrary Action framework I use for visibility, the wildflower-versus-oak-tree analogy that's shaping how I think about quality over quantity, and the concept of loving detachment and stewardship that runs through both my business and my home life. If you've ever wondered what it really looks like behind the scenes of a Julie Solomon business, and life, this episode is for you.
