Tom was delighted to have the opportunity to interview Dr Hannah Coysh, who completed our Doctors’ Transformational Coaching Diploma a couple of years ago now.
Tom thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, and you’ll understand why when you listen to the podcast and experience a taste of Hannah’s infectious enthusiasm for life.
Hannah is a Frailty GP, A Lifestyle Medic and Coach, a New to GP Coach and Mentor, a Medical Student Tutor, and also offers coaching to those experiencing pregnancy loss, holding a safe space for them and helping them to find a way to move forward. Hannah manages to incorporate coaching into all aspects of her professional life.
Hannah is also the person who introduced us to the world of Lifestyle Medicine and suggested that we share our coaching offering with doctors operating within that arena.
Tom caught up with Hannah to find out about her journey into the world of lifestyle medicine and coaching, and her current approach to coaching. Tom asked Hannah about her favourite coaching tools and questions and what learning to coach has given her.
Hannah also talks about her passion for the outdoors and her enthusiasm for an activity that Tom was happy to leave her to enjoy without him.
