This week we are lucky to have Jim Davis of the Good Athlete Project join us to talk about the forward evolution of strength and conditioning in high school athletics. Coach Davis believes we stand on the precipice of where intelligent training meets biological potential. Finally the responsible and effective S&C approach that high school athletes deserve.   

We all have stories about the asinine training we received in high school. When the coach said “run” we ran…usually at distances that proved to be a detriment to our performance. Luckily, The Good Athlete Project’s Jim Davis has an optimistic outlook on where things are headed at the high school level.
