Reasons Reviews Are Removable
You can get a bad review removed if it violates Airbnb's content policy like blackmail or revealing exact property location.
Always collect proof such as written communication to support your case for removal.

Evaluate Review Removal Worth
Ask if the damage from the review justifies the effort of removal and if it contains dishonesty.

It’s a great world for short term rental business but it definitely is no fairy tale!
There are still lots of things that can’t be in our control which may affect the total guest service that we offer. For those that we can, it’s important to remedy them right away and see how we can make it right for our guests if there is a need for that. The good news is we can have these reviews taken down if we believe it violates the platform’s Review Policy. There are things we can do to mitigate the damage a bad review will cause to our listing. It’s not always easy but it's always worth the shot! So,let’s dive in! This week, we will discuss:
3 Reasons for reviews to be removed
2 Questions to ask yourself if the review is worth pursuing
Importance of proof and evidence
How to proactively handle a negative review
