In Episode #28, I spoke to one of Australia’s top DJs, DJ Tigerlily (Dara Kristen Hayes), to find out how she navigated her way through an industry that, as you can imagine, consists of a lot of drugs, alcohol, and sleepless nights.
We discussed Dara’s early years, her introduction to music, and how she developed a love for DJing. She shared her insights into what it’s like working in the DJ and nightclub industry and the effect it had on her health, and she explained why she moved to a plant-based diet and how she has managed Crohn’s disease.
