In this episode, we welcome Chris and Linda Tighe to the show. Chris/Linda are co-founders and owners of Pacific Rim Property Management. They manage three of our properties, which totals 61 of our units.

Some of the highlights of the show include:

• What to look for in a property manager
• The pros/cons of the different property management fee structures. They use a flat fee model so we discuss the benefits of this model.
• We then got some pearls about self managing, for those who aren't going to use property managers
• Given their military backgrounds, Chris/Linda have unique insights about how to serve this niche tenant population
• Since they are in business together, like us and many of our students, we talked about working together as a couple in a business
