In my kitchen this week I am honoured to be joined by Leebo Freeman who is an American-Brit born in Florida but raised in Manchester. Leebo has had an impressive career as an international model, having walked for renowned brands like Vivienne Westwood and Chanel. Additionally, he's ventured into acting and music, currently focusing on music production. With over 15 years in the arts, I sat down with Leebo to discuss the challenges and pressures of maintaining a certain aesthetic as an international model.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Leebo is deeply invested in his health and wellness journey, constantly exploring new ways to optimise his well-being. Transitioning from dabbling with a plant-based diet, Leebo now embraces an animal-based or ancestral diet, centred around meat and raw dairy.
