[[:encoded, "Accountability is more than just a friend that calls you up occasionally to make sure you’re sticking to your weight loss goals. It’s also more than the occasional roundtable discussion with business colleagues checking in how everyone in the group is doing in terms of hitting their quarterly financial goals. True, meaningful accountability serves to prop you up when you feel discouraged, and also propels you to heights you never thought possible. \n\nWhile there are many different types of accountability, both business and personal, these 4 types of accountability are ones you need to place in your life immediately:\n\n1.\tCharacter Accountability\n2.\tTime Management Accountability\n3.\tStrategic, Goal-Based Accountability\n4.\tRelationship Accountability\n\nUltimately, accountability is never just a one-time thing that applies to just a single area of life.
