Adam Levy is the Alcohol Professor and Cheese Professor and founder of the International Beverage Competitions Group. The group runs the New York International Wine Competition, New York International Spirits Competition and New York International Beer Competition. The group also holds beer, wine and spirits competitions annually in Berlin, Melbourne and Asia/Hong Kong. All of the competitions have the same philosophy of trade buyers only judging in a blind taste test by category and price.
When Adam is not traveling visiting numerous breweries, wineries and distilleries he lives in the New York Metropolitan area and cheers for his beloved Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
