As someone who has owned a small business during the last recession, I will tell you, you have to get scrappy. But the good news is we still have time to help recession-proof our business and one of the ways is maximizing your reviews. Every business is reviewed somewhere, whether you have Facebook, Yelp, Google, Amazon, iTunes, trust me your business is being reviewed somewhere.
