Baby-Led Weaning with Katie Ferraro 100 First Foods Graduates
#67: So what’s the big deal about a baby eating 100 foods? Well the research shows us that babies who are exposed to the greatest number of foods, flavors, tastes & textures are MORE likely to be independent eaters and LESS likely to be picky eaters!
In 2016 I created the 100 FIRST FOODS approach to starting solid foods with baby-led weaning. I did the 100 FIRST FOODS approach with my baby quadruplets, creating a 5-step feeding framework that helps you introduce 5 new foods per week, 20 foods per month and 100 foods in the first 5 months of your baby eating solid foods.

- Kelly Anne Tay - Kelly is a mom based in Singapore who I *think* knows every other mom in Singapore…she has SPREAD the 100 FIRST FOODS movement among her peers and her daughter Kate crushed over 100 foods before her first birthday. She’s so glad she doesn’t need to chase Kate around playdates with a spoon trying to force her to eat and Kelly is on IG @paperexploits
- Gina Giacamoni - Gina has her hands full: 3 kids under 3 and baby 2 did 100 FIRST FOODS and baby 3 is just getting started. We LOVED watching Darby Kate succeed with BLW in the 100 FIRST FOODS program and now her little sis Saleh Jo is just getting started with the same approach. Gina is a NICU nurse / working mama and she’s on IG @ginamarie0908
