Had a fantastic time talking with Dr. Trey Suntrup, Phd in physics and electrical engineering. We did a fairly deep dive into ketosis, redox state, and what that can say about keto-adaptation. We also looked at the potential for the Biosense breath ketone device. I've been super skeptical of these gizmos as there have been some monumental challenges to figure out how to make these things work well and provide the type of feedback that better informs behavior. The Biosense folks have likely cracked that nut.
