Ricky Banner (The Amputee Smashing HYROX)

In this week’s episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I get to chat with Ricky Banner (@hyrox_amputee). Ricky competes in HYROX despite having his left leg amputated after standing on an IED when serving in the military several years ago.
