Some key mindset elements that contribute to filling the vitality bucket are awareness, equanimity, focus, possibility, and wonder. On the body side, factors such as energy levels, daily function, overall well-being, discomfort or pain, and performance play a role in filling the vitality bucket. Movement, meditation, nature, nutrition, and sleep are some of the mechanisms that affect these qualities. To assess the vitality bucket, five clarifying questions are asked: 1. What level is it at now? 2. Where has it been over the last year? 3. What are the main contributors within and outside of my control? 4. Am I content with the current levels? 5. What, if anything, should I change for the future? Reflecting on these elements helps individuals understand their vitality levels and make necessary adjustments for a better quality of life.
