Paul Chatlin was faced with a health crisis in 2013 and at the last minute was offered the option of a major dietary change. He took that option and more than 4 years later has avoided the surgery everyone thought he had to have. He has gone on to give back to others by establishing the Plant Based Nutrition Support Group with over 4,000 members and an active social media presence. Paul is health hero and a health transformer who demonstrates that food is really medicine.
