Does cardio KILL gains?? This is a question that we get ALL the time.
We've been doing quite a bit of cardio this past month as we start training for our upcoming Ironman 70.3 triathlon, so we thought it would be a good time to discuss this topic.
The short answer is no, cardio does not kill gains, but there are many considerations such as training intensity, training frequency, training modality, and training timing.
