Workplace mediation - is it worth it?

So you've heard about workplace mediation. But you're wondering if it's  going to work - is it worth it? After watching this, you might say  'yes'.      

HR is exposed to a lot of conflict between employees and between  employees and the organization. We are in a place to make recommendations on how situations could be handled and mediation is one of the possible tools.  And it might be a better tool that you think. It can prevent the costs of external solutions and of all the lost time internally.
