Our guest, Dustin Heiner, is a real estate rental property investor. He had a job, got laid off unexpectedly, but then he made a decision where he’s going to do something about it and knew that he needed to become an investor. He saw the math and realized he just have to buy property after property to be able to provide for his family and live his dream life.

He gives the example of a convenience store where you need to prepare your inventory and everything else that you would need to run the store before leasing the building.
