FaceCulture: Giving You The People Behind The Music Steve Vai (2022)
Steve Vai is a virtuoso guitarist, composer, singer, songwriter and producer who played with anyone from Frank Zappa to David Lee Roth to Whitesnake, and also has an impressive solo career. The three time Grammy winner recently released his latest solo outing 'Inviolate', an instrumental exploration on the guitar that includes a very unique instrument: The Hydra. Vai was extremely kind to sit down and talk with us about the album, working with Frank Zappa, dealing with adversity, genuine creativity, being careful with your ego, his creative process, Eddie Van Halen, working on new guitar techniques and a lot more!
