We intuitively know to do something that will shake things up, but we don’t follow through due to the abnormality or inconvenience of it, or because we listen to our heads over our hearts.

Every time we do this, I call it abandoning ourselves, and every time we abandon ourselves, we strengthen that muscle of DISTRUST that perpetuates more suffering and self-doubt.
